1. Apply gel color and cure fully.
2. Brush on a thin layer of clear gel — leave it uncured.
3. Sprinkle or press the glitter into the wet gel, then cure.
4. Brush away any loose glitter.
5. Seal with top gel, cap the free edge, and cure. A second top layer gives a fully smooth finish.
