1. Base — apply gel color (black or dark shades give the strongest mirror effect) and cure fully.
2. Top coat — apply a no-wipe top gel and cure completely. The surface must be tack-free.
3. Rub — pick up pigment on an applicator and burnish firmly until the surface turns reflective.
4. Dust off — brush away all loose pigment.
5. Seal — finish with top gel and cure. Cap the free edge to prevent lifting.

Why is my chrome coming out dull?
Almost always an under-cured or tacky top coat. The surface must be fully cured and tack-free before you burnish.

What base color should I use?
Black gives the sharpest mirror. Lighter bases produce a softer, more pastel metallic.

Do I need to seal it?
Yes — always finish with top gel and cap the free edge, or the chrome will wear off at the tip.
